Against the skin, Airbase feels light, warm, and remarkably comfortable. It is well suited for outdoor pursuits, sports, and physically demanding work outdoors. In colder temperatures, it works perfectly as a next-to-skin base layer and pairs seamlessly with an insulating midlayer such as Alpha when additional warmth is needed. The fit is close and elastic, featuring a classic crew neck and long raglan sleeves that adapt well to different shoulder widths. An extended back hem improves coverage and comfort, protecting the lower back during movement. The unisex sizing makes the model versatile and easy to choose. Airbase is made from 100 percent polypropylene that is silver-ionized and antibacterial before the yarn is spun. This treatment reduces odor buildup and extends the time between washes. In many cases, simply airing the garment after use is enough to restore freshness. The fabric is lightweight at approximately 120 g/m², yet highly durable and easy to care for.
